Our agency in Exton, PA is looking for a polished, motivated, professional Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support lead generation, customer onboarding, and outbound outreach. The role is ideal for someone entering the insurance industry but already experienced in professional communication, organization, and customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our agency in Exton, PA is looking for a polished, motivated, professional Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to support lead generation, customer onboarding, and outbound outreach. The role is ideal for someone entering the insurance industry but already experienced in professional communication, organization, and customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct structured outbound outreach to generate Property & Casualty insurance opportunities.
- Qualify prospects, identify needs.
- Ask discovery questions to recognize potential Life and Health insurance needs, documenting opportunities for licensed staff.
- Support by scheduling appointments, managing follow up, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Assist with customer onboarding.
- Provide customer care, such as answering basic questions, updating contact information, and directing service needs to the appropriate team member.
- Work alongside the agent.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly objectives that contribute directly to agency goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Causality license required (or ability to obtain promptly as a condition of employment).
- Must be able to pass a standard background check as part of the hiring process for insurance-industry roles.
- Professional experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer outreach, or a call-center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, polished, and professional phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, ask effective discovery questions, and handle objections with composure.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear expectations.
- Organized and proficient with basic computer applications.
- Must work in person at our Exton, PA office: we are looking for someone to join our team directly, not an outsourced or virtual resource.
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
